I’m always looking for new ways to spice up my morning meals. Ever since I was a little girl, my mom would say to me, ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day, Marisa!’ She was right, as mothers usually are. And since it’s the most important meal of the day, I like to enjoy it.

Protein Parfait

When I’m craving something sweet in the morning, this is a definite go-to. All you need is a cup [whatever size – depends how hungry you are…remember, at breakfast you eat like a queen!], spoon [duh!], yogurt, granola [I like to use Protein granola for an extra boost], and fruit of your choice.

Prep time is less that 5 minutes and you can eat it on the go!

*Tip: Use frozen fruit if you plan to eat it later! It will defrost and keep your parfait cold and fresh!
