On Saturday I spent the day at the Iowa State Fair with one of my best friends from high school. In a place filled with deep-fried, gloriously greasy food, I was happy to see something super healthy and refreshing: a hard boiled egg.
My little egg snack got me thinking…hard boiled eggs are a great, protein-filled treat for any time of the day. You can add a little salt and pepper, hot sauce, seasoning, etc. to give it a different flavor! And it’s tiny enough, but will tide you over until your next mealtime.
