Make Your Own (Healthy) Wendy’s Frosty

I haven’t had a Wendy’s frosty in agessssss. (And by ages I mean a month or two.) But for some reason I was craving one this morning. So I decided to make due with some healthy ingredients around the house.


Make-Your-Own-Healthy-Wendy’s-Frosty, WITH THREE INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate milk (*fat free for a healthy alternative)
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • Bonus: 1/4 cup spinach (if you want to be super healthy!)

Blend all ingredients in a large blender — make sure to add the milk first, so that it’s easier to crush everything up. Add some ice if not frozen enough, but should make one medium/large glass!

Put a straw in, and enjoy! 🙂
