Four ingredients? No, I’m not kidding. This is the easiest and probably the yummiest smoothie recipe you’ll ever encounter. So read closely.
Here’s What You Need:
(recipe is for two pretty good sized glasses/cups)
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup milk (I use skim)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbs honey
Yep that’s it! Now how to? Just put all your ingredients into a blender, hit the ‘smoothie’ or ‘chop’ button and make sure to blend until all ingredients are liquefied at your desired thickness.
I like my smoothies to be sort of thick. If you like them thinner, feel free to add more milk or apple juice (that’s another hidden thinning trick!)
