Whether of your food preferences and allergies, we can all agree that superfoods are excellent for your health. Superfoods are foods that are packed with nutrients to help your immunity, body, heart, and overall health. So it goes without saying that as much as these as we can get into our bodies, the better.

Cashews are definitely superfoods. Not only are they high in copper to help you absorb different parts of your food, but apple cider vinegar (another dip ingredient) is great for weight management and cholesterol-lowering!

Whether you’re vegan, considering that direction, or just looking to try something new, here are three vegan cashew dips that you’ll absolutely love.

1. This delightful, Japanese-inspired cashew dip.

Here’s what you need:
1 cup cashews
1/8 cup 4 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped fine
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp miso paste or tahini
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup water (or coconut oil for thickness)

2. This lemon zesty dip with chili powder.

Here’s what you need:
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup milk (almond, non-sweetened perferred)
1/2 red pepper (chopped thin)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp yeast

3. This traditional but put-on-anything cashew dip.

Here’s what you need:
2 cups cashews
1 cup herbs (cilantro, basil, parsley, etc.)
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp distilled white vinegar

TIP: It’s definitely preferred (and encouraged) to boil your cashews first. This will help them soak and become softer so that it’s easy to blend.

You’ll want to blend the cashews with their ingredients until they’re non-distinguishable. Serve in a dish lined with plastic wrap (to prevent sticking!)
